A Christmas Carol

Scrooge says christmas is just a time when we find yourself a year older, and not a penny richer. The only thing that matters to Scrooge is business, and making money. But on Christmas Eve three spirits come to visit him. They take him travelling on the wings of the night to see the shadows of Christmas past, present, and future. Scrooge learns a lesson that he will never forget.
This is the best  I've ever read. Especially I like the character of Scrooge's nephew. This is a heart warming story.

BR: A Midsummer Night's Dream

Fill the air with music. Fill the house with light. Fill the sleepy lovers' heads With happy dreams tonight. (p.47) This wonderful story of fairlies, dreams and lovers is as popular today as it was in Shakespeare's time. In a wood outside Athens, for young people are following their dreams, while fairlies play strange games with them. Their world seems unreal. I read Shakespeare's book for the first time, and it was an interesting story. I can't believe that fairlies have some problems as humans.

BR: A Tale Of Two Cities

This is written by Dickens, who is my favorite author.This is a sad love story during the French Revolution.  The main character is two men. Carton is a lawyer, French and Darnay came to France from the U.K as a refugee. Their looks are very similar but not in character and they fell in love with the same woman, Lucy. I felt sorry for Carton, because he died for Darnay and she loves Darney. Moreover Darnay married with Lucy after that. If I were Carton, I can't stand it.

BR: The Black Tulip

Cornelius is a young man who loves tulips and beautiful woman, Rosa. One day the city where they lives in hold the contest of tulip. The first person who cultivated a black tulip gets the prize money. He almost succeed to do it, however a man plans to take out his tulip. And to make matter worse, he was caught by police for a false charge. He proved his innocent and finally he got prixe money. In addition he married with Rosa. I was moved by his effort.
